I would reach out to the vendors through their regular email via your email instead of through WeddingWire. I would use WeddingWire/TheKnot to find the vendors and then look up their websites and contact them from there if I was interested. A lot of vendors don’t even respond via WeddingWire or are slower to respond when compared to emailing them directly.

Contact vendors directly through their official websites. Browse sites such as Yelp, Eventective and GoogleMaps for current contact information and reach out directly with no middle man platform which has inaccurate information or doesn’t work. .
