We have reached out to tons of vendors through this app. No one is messaging back and I'm not sure why. It says they have all read our messages but not responding back. Thrn it says "this vendor is no longer accepting messages" so we can no longer message them. Very frustrating!! Has anyone experienced this? Anyone know why this is happening? Just trying to pick and find vendors for my wedding.

    This app’s messaging system is useless for actually contacting vendors, they don’t generally actually see your messages. I would contact them directly using their emails or calling/texting.

    Yes we had that the only people who saw it was our venue and who would have been out photographer.

    You can use it for ideas and rating on this app but if you find someone you like I’d look for their website and personal email. That’s how we got most of our vendirs

At first I was all excited because two ppl responded then they stopped after asking us questions and made it to where we could no longer respond..Like why asked ius questions if you weren't serious in becoming a vendor... Then I went through and looked at all the vendors we reached out to saw that they read our message and the also made it to where we couldn't respond. It makes me not want to reach out to any if them. First impressions are everything especially when I'm spending thousands of dollars.... Professionally it's not right.. Why add yourself to the app?

    I’ve only had one vendor who actually uses the system. Everyone else just does what happened to you..so like PP stated I guess it’s mostly for referrals & reviews, so direct contact is best..but I do think a limited few do utilize it.

    I find that the people do not respond to the messages (at least timely) from the app.... I find their website and contact directly. I sent a request out 6/5 and people are just responding to me.
