Have you considered couples counseling? That could help get to the root of the issues, and also help for you to feel heard, appreciated, and seen in your marriage.

Awww I'm so sorry hun! Have you spoken to your significant other about how you feel? Smiley sad If not then you definitely should mention it and see what you guys can work towards it. I always make sure to communicate effectively with my husband.

About a year ago I had explain to him what my love language is so he understood. I knew what his was because I picked up on it. But he didn't realize what mine were. Mine are physical touch and quality time. His are acts of service and quality time. We knew how important it is to spend time together, but I also needed physical touch where we would hold hands, he would give me forehead kisses, cuddle me, etc. For his acts of service he loved it when I would pick up around the house, make him his favorite meal, and just help him on certain projects. He apologized. And now he makes sure to include even small moments of physical touch here and there. Therefore, maybe you can look into what your guys love languages are and discuss this to help improve your relationship.

I also encourage marriage counseling. See if your SO is open to this. Sometimes the other party may be against it, but do what you can to still communicate effectively to start SOMEWHERE.
