Venue cancelled on us

The vacation rental forgot our reservation and scheduled maintenance on my wedding. I am totally freaking out. My fiance is particular about venues and there are only 30% left....


I am a ball of stress. I need help finding a reception venue for just over 21 people for a wedding on Valentine's day in Austin, tx.

    Has your original venue given you any suggestions of alternative venues that may be close in vicinity or similar in style that may be available?

    What was your original venue like? What are you looking for in a venue?

    Since you are having quite an intimate wedding, you may be able to look into some local restaurants that have a private dining area?

    Fiance says no restaurants. It was a vacation rental and the market is gone for that. They have no suggestions and offered to have us rent for free at a later date. It was a hill country Ranch. Our best bet is the ceremony venue but we're going to be way over budget.

    Would it be possible to look into some Airbnb's in the area that allows events to be held by guests?
