Hi all! FH and I made the trip to Michigan so we can look at venues. During our time we for sure decided we want a Saturday wedding and we’re going to keep the guest count around 250. That being said those 2 things have been limiting. Our vision for the wedding has always been ‘midwest fall’ with a water view and fall colored trees. We are between a few venues where it has either the trees or the water but not really both. The venue that does have both... the drive into the place is a little rough with it being behind a hospital and these old factories by it that look more like eye sores rather than historic. Not sure if I should keep looking?? 8 venues in 3 days and I haven’t felt the ‘this is it’ yet. I do know I want trees and water.. definitely got that feeling. Thanks!
