Venue - Splurge or Save?

Save, as much as we could! Under $950 for the church, which includes wedding coordinator and organ player. $1,000 for the reception venue, all day!

I'd say we splurged for booking a venue with nothing including, but we didn't think that at the time lol

I SPLURGED ON MY VENUE.. tbh i have buyers remorse hahah but i loved it so much it is about $150 PP which means we definitely had to delete some people off our list but it is my day and I got what I wanted. We still have a 150 person wedding though.

Splurge! We booked FH's dream venue which had a $12,500 food and beverage minimum. *YIKES!* I'm hoping that it'll be worth it.

Both. I wanted peaceful, and with nature, so outside. We splurged in the sense that we travelled across several states to get there, but in the end it was cheaper than choosing a venue in the state we resided in.

Save because I booked so early, but they are about in line with the many we liked.

The venue itself was a save! We looked at several country clubs and the one we chose is definitely the most beautiful and it's a bonus that the reservation fee is the lowest.

We decided to save on the venue and splurge a bit on the flowers to "dress it up" to what we want it to be.
