Idk where your located in Miami but the venues I have gotten quotes from are really decently priced. There's one called Grand Salon Reception Hall they have a banquet hall style plus a ballroom style. I got a quote of 55 pp. There's the Renaissance Ballroom and the Renaissance at The Gables for 6,000 all inclusive for 100+ people. You can also try La jolla ballroom they customize your packages. One of my friends did her wedding at the Westin Coral Gables for 99 pp.

Just warning you, the food at these 8th street banquet halls is not edible. The tasting food is decent, but then they serve frozen meals that haven't even been heated all the way through . . . I've attended enough quinces and weddings there to know that you shouldn't even pay $5 a head for that stuff.
