Venues

So we are looking to have a small wedding less than 30 people and we are really struggling to find a venue. I am so stressed ever since I started planning. Any tips? Thank you!

Hotels usually have smaller rooms you can use, or sometimes churches or community centers rent out spaces you can use

With that many people it would be good if you tried restaurants with private patios or rooms to do a reception in

Hmm... a lot of towns around me have train depots downtown and they make for precious venues. Do you have anything like that around you? Otherwise, try searching google or wedding wire for venues within a certain amount of distance from you and go from there. Try not to let it stress you, though. This is supposed to be fun, not stressful, and there isn't a right or wrong way to do things - it's all about what works for you. Wishing you guys the best of luck ❣️

I also agree with the previous posters. Hotels, parks, restaurants, common areas, etc. are excellent options to explore with such a small head count.

Hotel or roof top restaurant/bar with a nice view would suit your party size well. You can do 6 tables of 5 or 1 long table would be beautiful.

I think most venues need a 100 person in a Saturday. Have you tried considering a sunday/friday/weekday wedding? And depending when you could always just rent iut a space, have a wedding in the park or beach.

I had a really hard time finding a venue until I just decided to go with a Sunday. We have a 50-65 guest list. We ended up getting a discount because it was a Sunday and on the off season

I am having a wedding total 25 guest. It is an actual wedding venue, but it is more of a boutique hotel. I would look for a small boutique hotel. $2,500 for the venue (includes ceremony and reception), extra 1k if you want the estate package which comes with all of 12 hotel rooms breakfast in the morning. They offered catering in house around $35pp depends on the package mine included 3 appetizers, a salad and a buffet (beef and chicken, 2 sides) 11pp alcohol 3 hours open bar beer and wine/champagne.

Airbnb or VRBO. Filter results by places that allow events and see what the max allowed is.

Look for local elopement services. There's a few around here that do those, full service. But I didn't find any of them until I searched "elopement" in my area.

For fewer than 30 guests, you might actually get a hotel/resort for a weekday for a “private wedding” package. 👍

Peerspace.com has many unique venues for small guest counts at lower rates than most wedding-specific venues.
