Very small budget

Hi there. We are getting married sat. And we been saying we was going get married but life happens and then he says let do it and want to do it right then so it's a throw together best I can thing the liscenc expires the 3rd and well I really don't have any thing done no dress no exact spot here not even guest list yet no officiants a lil decorations ... Does anyone have or know anyone that has thing they like to donate I know it's last min and I wasn't it to be nice it's casual outside. I'm not picky at this point basically have a patty just lil fancier one.

    Check out your courthouse! They can do a lot if you need some help. As for a dress, I’ve seen some people on here mention second hand shops, online forums, and places like Salvation Army or Goodwill having some options.

    Definitely agree with Gillian! The courthouse will probably be your best bet at this point.

    All you need is your partner, a licensed officiant, and 2 witnesses (which I think the courthouse can provide). Everything else is extra. Best wishes, it sounds romantic!

    Go to the courthouse, you may need an appointment. Have cake and coffee at the local park. Order pizzas from Costco’s food court if you want something substantial. Grab a bouquet of flowers from Costco or the local grocery store.



    The only requirements are 2 legal witnesses, your partner, the license and the officiant. Plus a reception for anyone attending the wedding

    Wow I didn't realise it was this Saturday!

    Congratulations, enjoy the day.

    If you have some time in the next couple of days, you can enjoy putting a few little things together. Maybe there's a nice dress in a thrift store or someone to borrow from, buy some Walmart/Costco flowers you like, a pretty cake as well... Do you have some nice pictures of the both of you to display? Maybe guests can bring a dish in lieu of a gift.

    The rain messed us up and ones that was supposed to be there didn't show. Everything went wrong but at the last minute we found place and everything was perfect.
