Videographer suggestions in/around Louisville?

Hello!

I wasn't going to do a videographer but I'm last minute trying to decide if I should have some kind of recording. I was thinking of asking local college students to see if they would want to but I was wondering if you all had any suggestions... I would like something nice and romantic to have as a reminder of my day, but I don't need a crazy expensive production Any recommendations will help! I'm getting married on the 21 of December of this year! Thank you

Hey Cadence!
Although it may not seem like a huge job to capture footage of your beautiful day, what is the most time-intensive and involves the most skill is the editing afterward. The process of post-production is what turns hours of raw footage into a curated depiction of your day. This process can take hours if not days to filter through so it will come at a cost, even if done by a college student.
Another factor to think about is the quality of equipment available to a college student. If they are still in school and have previously only shot footage for school assignments, they may not have their own equipment and I imagine they would not be insured to use school equipment off-campus.
Have you checked out the Kentucky Wedding Videographers in the vendor search? You can filter by your budget so that might be helpful for you.
