Vista Print Woes..

Jen P., on April 18, 2012 at 1:25 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 11

Usually my items take only a week to print and up to 2 weeks (but usually just 1) to ship and arrive.. I ordered my invites and RSVPs on the 7th and it hasn't even "printed" or "shipped" yet.. it just says "in progress".. what does that mean??

The estimated delivery date is the 28th.. but if it hasn't even printed yet, I wonder if that will happen... Makes me sad. Smiley sad

Guess I'm too used to that little email from them, "Your order has shipped early!"

LOL - I know what you mean. I'm so used to my VP orders coming 3 - 5 days earlier than expected that when they come on the original delivery date, I'm all antsy.

"in progress" could mean it is printing right now Smiley smile

You might want to consider (Got Print).

They are a reliable print company.

I sure hope it means printing now, I'm getting anxious! I'm not used to being anxious with them!

On my first order with them it took only a week . The most recent order I did took almost 4 weeks from ordered to received.

Keep in mind, we are nearing the height of wedding season. Most weddings are done between May-September. I'm sure there are a number of brides who have ordered invitations for their June weddings and most likely had them expedited. That could be slowing down your order.

Although, I agree w/Sky. Give them a call/email them. They have been really helpful each time I have contacted them.

I'd give them a call tomorrow just to check on the status and to "double check" on the arrival date. If there's some sort of hold up in printing they may offer to speed up the shipping method for free if they can't still guarantee you'll get them by the 28th.

That is right, you should call them. Nothing would alert them more than a worry call from a customer. By the way, you can try other services providers like Print Place. See if it works well for you.
