Vistaprint/RSVP question...glossy postcards?

Cassandra, on March 30, 2013 at 12:50 AM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 3

I am looking at ordering postcards from Visaprint as my RSVPs but I see they are "glossy". Can people write on them even though they are glossy? Has anyone used Vistaprint postcards?

or anyone have suggestions on RSVP cards where I can give lines for names (as opposed to "M_____") I would like to put more than one line for all the guests names.

Thanks!

I used Vistaprint glossy postcards for our STDs. Yes, you can write on them. I just tested this myself using our extras, I'd post a picture but my sd card to my phone has disappeared, so I can't use my camera Smiley sad Use a ball-point pen when writing; the gel pens smear on the glossy postcards.

I struggled to write on my glossy ones neatly

I ordered mine in the matte finish & they are perfect!! (extra $10 i think?)

I suggest you order a sample which is free. They give you a sample of each type of their paper. I received mine a few weeks back and it's not bad!
