Congrats on your upcoming wedding! Let your vows come from the heart. Tell him what he means to you and tell him why he's the love of your life! Consider including promises for your future together in your vows. Overall, be genuine Smiley heart

You can start by googling wedding vows, there is so much online, religious, non-religious, funny... You can also find a poem or a short reading that speaks to you. If you are not big on words, you can do shorter, less customized vows that are more mainstream.

I sat down & wrote my vows in 1 hour. At first I thought I won’t know what to write, but as soon as I started, words just came out. I included a short poem I wrote about my FH a while ago & it all came out so perfect! I can’t wait to read my vows to my FH 🤗

Vows are tough!! I just finished mine, 27 days out. I worked on them on and off for three months, because I was so nervous that I'd have a tough time!

Bottom line, try to say what he means to you, and why you're marrying him. Then include some promises(vows)! Pinterest and google have lots of options and ideas and suggestions! Good luck!

We are 10.days out and still need to write ours 🤪. Our officiant sent us a little guideline that we will probably follow. Hoping to keep them short and sweet, since we have a few other components to our ceremony so it's going to be at least 30.minutes.

My husband wrote his the morning of. He isn't much for writing, and his were beautiful. As others said, just speak from the heart.

Sit down and think about what you love about him! Write it all down! Like word vomit. Dont stop yourself. Then go back and read it! revise what sounds right in what order. Leave it. Come back each day and READ THEM OUT LOUD! You want them to sound natural. Like something you would actually say and you dont want to be tripping over your words. Your gonna do great! Just be honest! And just keep revising so it feels right for you! My fiance and I are in the same position but flipped. Hes all nervous I already have a draft of my vows. Hes going to do great. But I keep telling him to write stuff down so he has material to work with so its easier and less stressful!

Watch wedding videos online! I'm planning on writing down some sweet words and using some phrases to help me come up with my own. Go to a place where you can focus and really think about him!

My fiancé had his written months ago and I’ve got nothing. I looked up guidelines to help but my answers to them never seem right lol. I tried word vomit and I haven’t been a fan of the results, I’ve googled vows and I’m tempted to just piece some together and add to them at this point 😂

We are 18 days out and neither one of us has even started. LOL I keep saying we need to work on vows and then we get distracted or do something completely not wedding related. Our problem is that when we are home, we are constantly around each other and don’t want to split up long enough to work on them! 😂
