Alright guys...I want to lose 90 lbs by this coming Valentine's Day...which is 6 months away. There is one little problem tho...I don't have a work out buddy at this point and doing it by myself, I end up just going back to not working out and living life as I was before. I don't have the money to go to a guy or get a personal trainer, but I have some work out equipment at home, such as a treadmill, a rower, a bike, and an ab cruncher. Anyone got any ideas to lose that much weight (mostly baby weight mind you) and keep with it so that I can be the weight I want to be by my wedding date?

You will just have flabby skin if you actually succeed. And in addition to not being toned, the faster you lose weight is generally indicative that you are taking extreme measures, which means it will come right back with a vengeance.

Cut sugars, all soda (even diet) work out daily - gradually adding time and complexity to your exercise, eat veggies, drink water. Set a more realistic goal and accept yourself.

Weight Watchers is a great program. They provide you with a support group with others who need/want to lose weight, they help you learn how to eat healthier to develop a healthier lifestyle. They have ready-made food and plenty of cookbooks to guide you through your diet. They also have lots of online tools like a points tracker, recipe search, all kinds of stuff. Good luck!

Thank you everyone for the advice!!! My body is one that is holding onto baby weight as well as just fat from my body going into starvation mode a few years back. When I start working out, within 3 days, my body has already dropped 8 pounds in water weight. After that, I lose weight just as quickly and it stays off. The problem is keeping up the motivation to lose that weight that I want to lose. Reality is that my doctors know I'm doing this and know my health and body well enough to say its a realistic goal, strictly for me. But, also looking at reality, I'm a stressed out mom who tends to start working out and then going back to my comfort zone of just taking care of my son and doing whats needed to survive.
