Was it love at first sight?

Having met first online, I'd say it was love at first type.

I'd been thinking about him a lot for 6 weeks before I said anything to him. So, I think it's safe to say I was already smitten with him.

No, we met when we were 12.

We both were lonely from recent break ups, met online and just talked. A week later we met in person for his bday dinner (he just moved to the state and had no one and his ex has just broke things off, he didn't want to celebrate alone). I just remembered feeling SO comfortable with him and he was good looking. He said he was instantly attracted to me too. We kissed after dinner and a movie and been together since. He even took on being a step dad to my kids.

I dont believe in love at first sight, but he was attractive!! I'm cute too so... LOL!

It wasn't. I honestly did not plan to ever be more than friends with him.

Hello, in a way it was love at first sight because we instantly became best friends with a lot of love for eachother but it grew more deeper into romantic love over time.

On the night we meet was one night I was at work, and he came up there to bring me breakfast and coffee at 2am. I was working night shift at a nursing home. We sit out side on my lunch break and talked and talked. We had so much in common. I just knew I was going to like him. That was on July 29. We didn’t have our first date until August 1. Heck no! I almost ran for the hills. I saw he had pics on his desk of children who looked like they were not siblings by two parents. I assumed he had multiple kids by different moms. When I asked him politely, "aren't you married with kids?" He responded, "no, but I have several nieces and nephews." Then my heart skipped a beat. Very few men hang up pics of kids that are not theirs.

An instant connection when we first started talking privately. By the time we actually got to physically meet 8 months later, we were already very much in love.
