Ways to include adult step children in wedding

My fiancé and I both have 3 children over the age of 21. His 3 children are 30+ And mine are ages 20-25. I am looking for ideas to include them in the wedding ceremony. They are not bridesmaids. I have seen the unity sand ceremony idea which is what I was leaning towards but just wondering if anyone had any more unique ideas to share. It is a church ceremony.

    You could even have them walk in the processional similarly to how parents do

    Hey Tina! How exciting that your wedding is so soon! Are you putting all of the last minute touches on your plans?

    You could ask them to do readings or read poems during your ceremony. Do you think this is something that they would like? You could also think about appointing them as ushers also.

    One of my fiancee's sons is giving me away. One is a groomsman. I'm still trying to find someone for the other one to do, but i'll figure it out. May ask him to give a toast or speech at the reception

    My adult son (27) is walking me down the aisle and his 2 daughters (28 & 30) are walking him in (they're not bridesmaids). Then all 3 of them will get up together and do a reading during a certain part of the ceremony.
