My future mother-in-law has ALS and I want to include her as my FH is her only child. Her health has declined in the past year. She uses a wheelchair more. I picked out my dress recently, my future in laws were another state because of a family emergency on my father-in-law's side of the family. My future MIL has always been nice to me and I don't her and my future FIL to feel like they are just showing up to the wedding and I know that it's not really common to include future MILs, I'm more for advice from people who are or have included their in MILs more in planning and in the wedding.
