We don't have a Plan b if it snows on our wedding day.

My fiance and I are getting married on October 23, 2021 in north-central Washington. Unfortunately, our venue can only hold 50 people inside for dinner. We have invited 75 people and planned on getting tents and patio heaters to have dinner outside on the patio area right next to a beautiful lake. Well, I have talked to five different event rental companies and none of them will put up a tent if it is snowing. If I had known this before we would have considered choosing a different date or even a different venue, but it feels too late for that. Essentially, if it is nice outside or even raining, everything will be fine. But, if it is snowing I have no idea where people are going to eat dinner. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation or have any advice? I just feel like we're out of options.
