Wear sunscreen!!

Heather, on May 21, 2018 at 9:16 AM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 8
Just a piece of advice from a bride 1 day after her beach wedding... if you have an outdoor anything; ceremony, pictures, reception, wear sunscreen. I was only outside only a total of an hour and got badly sunburned. It has been raining here for a week, sun was finally out. I was only out there for an hour and didn't even think about sunscreen. Bridal party all got burned on one side, officiant's hands were burned. Make sure to wear sunscreen.b

That doesn't look all that bad.

That doesn't look all that bad, but still good advice! That'll fade pretty quickly. I've been burned way worse and I live in Florida, so we know sunscreen is a must if you're outside in the blazing sun.

Ouch! Any type of sunburn is no good, I hope you are feeling better and yes sunscreen is a must! I wear it daily on my face (it's in my moisturizer) even in the winter.

Oh wow, thanks for the advice. Are you heading somewhere sunny for your honeymoon too?

Thanks for the tip! I think with all the business the wedding day brings this is easy to forget so I’ll have to try to remember this.
Your face doesn’t look burned...did your makeup have spf?

While I will ALWAYS advocate for SPF, makeup with sunscreen can cause a "flash-back" in photos so proceed with caution
