Wearing under the wedding dress

I love the Body Glide stick and plan on using that.

I wore shapewear, but if you're not doing that then just get some Body Glide (get the pink one for women). You can find it on Amazon or any running store. I use it for long runs all the time to prevent chafing and it works great.

I just used baby powder.

My seamstress suggested spanx but told me to avoid high cotton-based ones. She said a lot of brides forget how hot their dresses will get after having it on for a few hours. They help keep you cool, sweat free, and keep the dress from sticking to your skin/riding up because of sweat).

That's what I did. I actually bought it for the wedding and had never used it before. I was pretty nervous because didn't want my thighs to be on fire but also wanted to look beautiful for my husband when taking the dress off plus had a pretty low back, so didn't want any shape wear to show.

... All that to say I know what you are talking about and second body glide anti-chaffing stick. Worked great for me. Depending how long your wedding is, how hot it is and how much dancing you might want to re-apply mid-way through the reception.

Snag Tights Chub Rub shorts are amazing. Super light, very comfy and do the job perfectly.

I wore spanx (walmart brand i'm sure). It was easier for me than creams or powders.
