Website and Registry Not Showing Despite Public Setting

Ya’ll I’m having some serious issues with my website that I didn’t even know about until the mentions from family.


When someone goes to search our website and registry on Wedding Wire, an old incomplete version of our site comes up with our pre-Covid wedding date.
Also, If you go to our new site, using the address we sent to everyone, the registry isn’t showing despite correct links and everything being unhidden and made public. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi there! Did you create your old website with another email address? There's only 1 website per account, so you may accidentally have two accounts!

    Please reach out to our Customer Support Team at help@weddingwire.com and include both wedding website links so they can help you get this all straightened out!!

    Thanks Lynnie! I will contact support. I believe I only have one, but perhaps in my excitement, I created the old website with an old e-mail.

    Thanks again! That was exactly the issue. I had no idea. Old account was deactivated and search engine will update itself in due time.
