Hi! I purchased a custom URL and it is not working. Everyone I change it to what I want, it just switches back to the original URL... I emailed but haven’t gotten a response back yet.. I don’t know if I should just get a refund

Where did you purchase from? I bought a domain name from GoDaddy and it works for my website on The Knot. There’s a option for url forwarding and you enter the address in there. However, url forward masking does not work for some websites including The Knot.
