Are you using wedding wires? Or a different one.

I'm having the same issue and I just printed out my RSVP cards with the link to my WeddingWire website so it's too late to switch to a new site. Went to add some finishing touches before I send the RSVPs and I can't access my site at all.

I managed to access my site by resetting my cache but now I'm really confused. I made some edits and when I preview my site on my computer, all the new edits I made are there but everything that was there before is gone. But when I look at my site on my phone, the new edits aren't there but everything that was there before is still in tact.

That's exactly what's going on with ours!!! I'm very frustrated. I sent an email with questions and concerns but I have not heard back yet. Hopefully they can figure this out. My guest need important information from the website! Good luck and please let me know if you hear from wedding wire. I'll post here as soon as I get a response.

So I may have found a weird fix. As an experiment I tried making a new
WeddingWire account using a new e-mail. I entered the website editing
tool on that account (without issue), then logged out and logged back
into my original account. So far I seem to be able to edit my website
just fine, which I wasn't able to do before (I was just getting redirected back to the front page of Wedding Wire when I tried to use the editor before).

I also tried adding a random, unnecessary page to my site and then immediately deleting it. For some reason, that seems to have helped with the issue of it randomly deleting my content or not loading my site at all. No idea why that seemed to work but hope it helps.

Will we receive a notice when it's all set? Is it possible to move the website to the 2.0 version?

If you would like an update on the fix, please write in to us at help@weddingwire.com.

The information cannot be migrated from your current account to a new one, however you are welcome to create a new account with a different email address and try out the 2.0 website editor!

Are you saying in order to have a website we have to create a new email for wedding wire? How can we delete our old link if we don't have access to it? I already put the link to my site on my save the dates and mailed them.

It's sounds like that's what they are saying. My wedding is a month away and the website link has been on everything!

I need to know whether they can fix this!

Is it possible for users to click the 2.0 themes and fix what they currently have? Brides put A LOT of work into their websites. If that error was fixed, that would be awesome.

This is extremely frustrating and instead of just telling us when the issue is fixed we have to email them and wait 3+ days for a response!

Come on wedding wire what are you doing? I worked on my wedding website for almost a month and now I have to start from scratch?
