While doing the website it won't accept Jacksonville FL...only Jacksonville Beach FL which is 2 different cities. Also the drop down city list doesn't drop down on the events page. HELP

Unfortunately this is a common issue. I was trying to add a hotel block, one WeddingWire helped me find and when I did the zip code, it pulled Minneapolis and not Brooklyn Park. Same situation, totally different cities. You can reach out and complain but they likely won’t add it.

Wow considering the size (at least in land mass) of Jacksonville that’s crazy. Is it too late to use another wedding website service?
