Hello,

I’ve tried several times to upload a picture into my website and it won’t change from the default. Any way to fix this?

Hi, I’m having this same issue. I can upload some random pictures that were saved on my laptop, but not the engagement pictures that were done professionally. What would be the difference or reason?

I am having the same issue with my engagement photos specifically. I am wondering if it has to do with the size of the photo. Did you ever hear back from WeddingWire about this?

How were you able to upload them? I am having the same issue. The couple that I can upload are extremely zoomed in.

I think I just deleted the app and downloaded it again, honestly I can’t remember. So sorry! Hope it fixed itself!
