Website rsvp Customization?

I have been searching and unable to find what I'm looking for. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction!


I'm looking to customize the RSVP tool so that it asks my guests for their mailing address. This should help me cut down on the manual labor of collecting addresses from everyone.


I also don't need the RSVP tool to ask my guests for their meal choice, and I'm not seeing how to take that away. I could just be missing it somewhere.


Any ideas how to customize this RSVP page? I've found the public vs. private setting, but no customization options there.

    Hi Crystal!


    Congrats on your engagement! I'm not using Wedding Wire for my website so I can't help you with customizing the RSVP page but as far as removing the meal option you just have to go to Planning Tools > Guest List > Reception > Settings > Track Meals. You'll just uncheck the track meals box. Hope that helps.

    Thanks for the tip! I was able to remove the meal options.. Still looking for a way to request people's mailing addresses which is what I need the most. Any ideas or tips would be amazing! Thanks!

    Hi Crystal!

    When your guests RSVP there will be a blank text box they can write in that will send you a message as well as their RSVP choice. Many of our couples utilize this tool as a way to collect information from their guests. You'll need to write on the RSVP page something like, "Please provide your email address in the text box provided" so they know what to do.

    Thank you so much! That's what I was hoping would be possible as a workaround, but I was not finding a place where I could customize the text on the RSVP page. I have found it now. Thanks for your help!
