Website rsvp not working

Hi Ryn! I just took a look at your account and was able to locate your guests using the RSVP tool. Are you still running into this problem?

Hi Jason! I see that you have four guests within your guest list. Is it one of those four that you are having trouble finding with the RSVP tool?

I am trying to add more guests to our wedding website. I have 150 guests, but i don't see anywhere on my website to create my guest list

You will need to add your guests to the 'Guest List' tool, which is outside of the wedding website! Just exit the website editor, hover over 'Planning Tools' and click 'Guest List'

Same issue - I didn't see any resolution for it above.

NO guests come up on the search.

When my guests type in their name on the RSVP tool on our wedding website it says their name can't be found. How do I fix this??

Hi. I'm sending invites out soon and I was double checking the RSVP tool and it's not working! First issue is that there isn't even a search box. You have to blindly type in the name then it says "we have found 0 guest matching (insert name)."

Going through the same issue right now. Some of my guests are able to RSVP while a majority of them cannot. This is very stressful and needs to be fixed. I was using this as my direct way to RSVP and people are messaging me saying they cannot find their name. I did make sure everything was spelled correctly as well.
