Does anyone know how to not give the guest an option to pick what they want since we are having a buffet?

    I think even with a buffet it’s good to know how many people would like to have whatever type of food so you can give the venue a heads up

    I am having a buffet but still using this option to track who has food allergies. I have some cousins who have Celiac and cannot have any gluten or they will get extremely sick. I also know a few people have nut allergies so this helps me tell the venue ahead of time.
