Website stacked vs. paged tech problem

Been trying to get ahold of support and sent two emails and haven't heard anything. Anyone know a number I can call so I can talk to an actually person? I'm helping my friend set up her website and the pre answered questions built into the system refer to an outdated website. Hheellpp need to get this fixed asap. Invitations are sent out and people will be going on the site soon!
