I paid for your custom domain at $24. I selected a domain, tested it and printed it on all my STDs.

Today I discovered it is completely different from one I selected ans printed on ALL my SAVE THE DATES. I didn't change it so I assume Wedding Wire did.

I contact WW support and the response was: "here's your URL, you didn't make! Have a great day"

Is that really customer support?

    Hi Alycia! We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with your wedding website URL. All free wedding websites have the option for a custom URL with the WeddingWire domain, such as https://www.weddingwire.us/website/yourcustomURL. When a premium website is purchased, you have the opportunity to select a custom domain such as www.yourcustomURL.com. Once selected, this custom, premium URL cannot be changed so this setting requires couples to click through a few steps to confirm they are sure they would like to purchase this URL before it is set. We are not able to make this update for couples on our end.

    Please keep in mind that linked users on your account can set up a premium URL as well.

    If you would like to create a new, free account, your desired URL may still be available however, we are unable to update premium URLs once they are selected.
