Website wont let me edit

I have tried multiple computers and my cell phone and i am unable to edit website..comes up with error message oh cake balls...please help, trying to edit.

    Hey there- can you please help- My wedding website has my full name and my fiancé’s first name only we have tried to fix it multiple times but it just won’t save. Is there a way we can restart the whole process or get to add his last name? Thank you
