Did anyone have problems with using wedding wire as your wedding website? I’m so pissed off. I spent months adding to and making the site nice with pertinent info with my matched wedding invite and it’s been fine; then today as soon as everyone got their save the card with our web address on it, the site is messed up. The blue is now black and blue and all our stuff is moved out of line. Some technical person must have messed with the overall design. It’s embarrassing that is sent this to 70 plus people to view. I’m very annoyed with wedding wire right now.

    Yes that happened to me as well! Such a bummer. I emailed them a screen shot of the problem. Hopefully they fix it soon! Did you email them?

    Oh my gosh, just knowing this is happening is frustrating they aren’t taking measures to prevent it. I did but since it’s Saturday not sure how long the issue will take to resolve. The timing is just horrible, happening as soon as people get the web address.

    No they didn’t. They just emailed me back saying they would have their team work on it. I’m surprised it hasn’t been resolved yet. I emailed them Thursday and they emailed me on Friday.

    Omg! This is the same thing happening to me!! LUCKILY the blacked out sections are not covering any important wording... but I agree, we spend all this time perfecting our website and this happens. Not to mention its ugly! I hope it's gets resolved for you all!

    I am having the same issue…over 50 people have visited my site and I haven’t even sent invitations yet! I’m really upset right now!!

    Ugh so sorry to hear this. So mine is not fixed. But I didn’t know until two days ago and it was the weekend. Another fellow bride emailed them Thursday though and no resolution. They really should have a faster response given how many people this is effecting. My fiancé, he works in tech, he said this should be a really easy fix on their end. Hope it gets fixed soon. Will update if mine does. Good luck!

    They did respond and say they are trying to get to the root of the problem but considering this happened to someone last Thursday and there is still no fix, it gives me little hope for speedy resolution. And lol everyone has already seen the messed up site. Not sure how many will go back to it.

    No solution here, but I was working on my website last Tuesday evening (5/4) and had the issue. I reached out Tuesday night and got a response on Wednesday morning. I was told the tech team was made aware of the issue on 5/4 and that the support rep would get back to me when the issue was resolved. I haven't seen any change on my site yet, but I imagine it has to be site wide, not just a few people here and there. Hopefully a solution will be found soon.

    Hope so Meredith. Someone emailed me this morning that they are aware of the issue and making it a priority. Seems like a simple issue from what some tech people have told me but apparently not if it is still not fixed. Crossing fingers we get it all

    OMG, this is happening to me soon. I just shot them an email with the screenshot. It bothers me so much because I just sent out my invitations with the URL to the website for RSVP... I am very annoyed that they are taking their time ....

    Right! The timing is awful and I can’t understand how multiple tech people can’t solve this. It should not take this long. Now it’s been a week since we know someone reported it. What a shame.
