Wedding Albums for Parents

Megan, on October 2, 2019 at 6:22 PM Posted in Community Conversations 3 7
I’m struggling to find what I’m looking for, so hoping you guys can help! We want to make wedding albums for our parents and hoping to keep each one under $100 (ideally), but willing to spend up to $150.

My biggest thing is that I want the minimalist album look. We created our wedding album with Artifact Uprising, which is a company I adore. Looking for a similar look that we got with their wedding album, with no text or graphics on the pages, just our photos with white backgrounds. I’m curious what other companies that I can get this look with before I start making them with artifact uprising. I’m okay with an image printed on the cover and it doesn’t have to be a lay flat album for our parents.

I’ve tried looking at Shutterfly and Mixbook. I didn’t see a no text format with Shutterfly (so if there is one let me know!) and felt like Mixbook wasn’t as user friendly, but if people love it I am willing to give it another shot.

I like mixbook personally. The quality is great and the prices are very reasonable.

You can definitely make Shutterfly albums have no text. I picked a wedding theme for my album and it had a lot less text to begin with. Then you can change the layouts of the page or delete any text that is on the pages. I completely customized mine and it has no text at all except I had the date put on the cover. Shutterfly also has their unlimited pages sale right now, which is the best time to get an album at the cheapest rate. I got an 11x14 hardcover, lay flat album, and the maximum number of pages for about $80.

Adoramapix has a wide variety of price points and I think their page layouts will suit your taste.

I used them for a photo album of a honeymoon photo shoot we did and the book turned out great. I’m considering them for parents album too. Their photo print quality is top notch!

I actually use Walmart to make photo books! They’re very cheap and they always turn out great. I often give them as gifts and everyone adores them.

I've made shutterfly books with no text. Once you select the style you like you can change any of the page layouts and delete the text!! Also, their layflat pages are really nice, for under $100!
