Wedding Apps to Help You Plan Your Big Day

My calendar app has been my best friend. I've never been so organized in my life lol. And I use Zola to keep track of guest list / seating chart / to do list.

I use the wedding wire checklist as a guide and I also have a huge Google sheet with multiple tabs for everything - budget, payment due dates, to-do list by month, guest/address list, gifts list, just about everything haha.

I used the checklists on WW and The Knot just for reference, but nothing tech besides that. I mainly used what I've used for the previous weddings I've planned for friends - my trusty binder! That's what works best for me, but I know that's definitely not the case for many others. I know most of my married friends just used Google Sheets and the calendar on their phone for things like that.

I will check out The Knot, maybe it's the one I'm looking for. I really don't want to use Google sheets.

Yeah, using weddingwire app is definitely a good idea too. Though, perhaps I'm just widening my options a bit for the grand day. Thanks, everyone.
