i think it depends also if you want to wear it as a set together? for me i don't wear my engagement ring at all so mine are mismatched

What's a bypass engagement ring? I think I straight band with pavé diamonds would look pretty. If you don't want any gaps, I think you'd have to go custom. Congratulation! It's a gorgeous ring!

I had to go custom with my ring cause I didn’t want any gaps. But I also bought a straight simple band that I occasionally wear now during covid.


Going custom will be a little over 1000$ depending on your jeweler, diamonds, etc.

I finally found the band. Take your time (if you have it), you will find something. Just go to a ton of stores and try on. It will be frustrating, but you’ll know once you find the one.
Mine was $350 and was perfect.

I would check the place he purchased the ring. With that style, there’s usually a band from the same designer to fit with it.
