Wedding band help!

Okay I need some opinions. Backstory: my SOs uncle had offered to make our wedding bands which was so so nice BUT they would be gold bands and I have a platinum ring. We went ahead with it under the assumption that I would get a 2nd band to tie the gold band to the e-ring. Then covid happened and so I got married with the solo gold band and I love it, but we had discussed getting the 2nd band for our wedding in December. Now I’m torn on whether I want the 2nd band, so all thoughts are accepted!!

Option 2:

The 2nd ring would be smaller than the one shown, closer to the size of my gold band and the diamonds would match the ones on my e-ring.

I like the second option just because it helps tie the gold band together with the platinum! The top option is fine, but I'm weird about mixing metals, and I feel like it stands out more in the first option.

I really like the look of the second option. It really ties it all together and goes with the story of having a second part of your wedding due to Covid!

They are both pretty, but option 2 is my pick. The bands really tie it all together and look amazing!
