Wedding band shopping

I went band shopping today and originally I was dead set on an oval diamond band but all they had was this little cloudy one and I couldn't get a good visual. I ended up going back to this same band. I can't get the oval out of my head. Should I buy the ring I tried on today and forget the oval band or should I try to find the oval band to get it out of my head? Is there one you like better?

    Is your wedding date of May 2022 correct? If so definitely wait and try the oval one. A wedding band shouldn't be something you just settle on and you have a whole year before you need to buy it.

    I would wait to get the one you really want instead of settling on what they have in the store now. Also I like the oval one better.

    Oh wow, you still have so much time left to explore! Keep looking for something you absolutely love and don’t settle. Smiley smile I am a May 2021 bride and we just decided on our weddings bands today. I think you owe it to yourself to track down that oval and get closure either way. Plenty of time left to enjoy the process! (Unless you hate ring shopping, Lol)

    Makes sense! I'm the same way lol. Since you didn't look at this one and think "this is the one!", go try on the oval one now that you have time. This one will be waiting on you if you end up not liking it!

    Did you try costco? They have great quality diamonds, and cheaper than other brands.

    I went to diamonds direct. That's where I went to get my engagement ring. They have lower prices campared to other jewelers and I negotiated the price so I got a really good deal. I don't know how they compare but I'll look into it. Thanks
