Wedding band that goes with my solitaire e-ring?

I'm lost on what wedding band will look best with my engagement ring. I keep looking at the one that is supposed to match but just not sure. Anyone have a ring similar to mine who can show me what you chose? It's a petite solitaire with a white gold band. It's so simple and I love that about it, but...

This is the band I chose to go with my solitaire.

ETA: my solitaire is a cushion cut. The diamonds go halfway around on the wedding band. I want to upgrade in a few years to another band to add to the other!

I got two bands and I will have all three rings soldered before the wedding. I don't like how it looks when they separate from each other, or when the bands start to rotate a bit and you can see the bottom part with no diamonds.

Your ring is a solitaire so pretty much any band will look good with it. I have a similar ring but I have some tiny side stones

My ring is almost identical to yours and this is what I chose!

I have a princess cut solitare and have a band similar to your recommended one. I have a bigger diamond with a very narrow band and I couldn't find any that sat flush until I found mine... it has a slight chevron shape that allows it to sit tightly with the e-ring. That also keeps it from spinning seperately.

As far as soldering, I haven't done it. My fingers swell horribly; I can go from my ring being so lose that it will almost fall off to so tight it won't come off in a matter of hours. When you put two bands together, they fit tighter than one alone and that would just make my problems worse.

In case you were thinking about an eternity ring (band with diamonds all around), they aren't what they're cracked up to be. That's what I originally wanted, and my jeweler talked me out of it. They said they constantly have them in for repair and lost diamonds. Apparently they're a pretty weak style and lose prongs often, which in turn means lost diamonds. They're also a pain in the ass to resize.

I have a solitaire and went with the scalloped band. I'm not soldering them together in case I just want to wear the band sometimes. I think if it's sized right it shouldn't spin too much. Mine doesn't have diamonds all the way around, just the top half and it hasn't been a problem thus far.

I got one plain matching band and a scalloped diamond band to go with mine. The nice thing about a solitaire is that it pretty much does go with everything.

Different setting, same idea. I thought I wanted an eternity wedding band but the jeweler talked us out of it--the stones on mine go half way around. I did not get mine soldered. They do spin a bit but I don't mind; I like the flexibility of being able to wear just the band sometimes.

Because there's a lot of talk about soldering, I should mention that I'm not soldering mine. Like @Jess, my fingers swell like crazy and that will make them harder to take off, but I also want the option of wearing the band solo at the gym, on vacation, etc. I chose a band that I like the look of on its' own for that specific reason! And also like @Jess, our jeweler convinced me to do 3/4 diamonds instead of an eternity band since the pave diamonds on your palm tend to fall out so easily.

This is mine! I won't be soldering them because I want to be able to wear the band alone if I need to.

I just came back to this post after last night and oh my gosh.. THANK YOU for so much feedback! This has been so helpful. I've decided I'm not going to solder them, and now I'm just debating between the regular diamond band (not all the way around diamonds though), and the scalloped one.

To all of you who said you wanted to be able to wear it by itself sometimes - thank you for putting that thought in my head! I didn't think of that and I definitely want to be able to wear it alone. Also - if I do wear it alone, I want to like how it looks by itself. This was really helpful for me in this thought process.

ALSO - all of your rings are GORGEOUS! Thanks so much for sharing
