My Fiance and I recently booked our wedding ceremony and location at the same venue 2 weeks ago. I contact them on Monday to let them know that my vendors: Decorator, DJ videographer, and photographer will need to set up 2-3 hours prior to the wedding. The wedding coordinator replies and states that my vendors cannot get in to set up because they have a Bar Mitzvah prior to my wedding in the room where my wedding and reception will be and that their event does not end until 5 pm. They were booked after we signed our contract. That leaves 30 minutes for my vendors, decorators to set up that is no time to set up for my wedding. She stated that they will need 1 hour to clean, sanitize, and set up the room for my wedding that is supposed to start at 6:30 pm. I am having a meltdown because I cannot back out of the contract, or find a location (non-church) for my wedding ceremony.
Does anyone have any suggestions of wedding ceremony locations in the Middlesex County, NJ area (Edison, Woodbridge, New Brunswick, East Brunswick, etc..)
