4:30 pm just a 30 minute ceremony. We ended up being behind schedule and I think we started closer to 5.

Ours starts at 11:30am. It's a small wedding with about 40. We wanted an all-day affair so we'll be serving lunch and dinner and having lawn games during the day and a casino night in the evening

We are planning to start the beach ceremony at 6 PM, cocktails at a venue steps away from around 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, and reception/dinner beginning at 7:30 PM. We wanted to have the opportunity for sunset/evening shots (the sun sets around 7:30 PM). I'm wondering how the (few) kids are going to fare with the timing, though. We have the reception venue until 11 PM.

We're beginning the ceremony at 4:30. Mostly so our guests can eat at a reasonably time by 6:30.

I think mine will begin at 5. We’re taking most photos before and I wanted to have as much of the morning available as possible to get ready!

Our ceremony will *hopefully* start at 4:30, followed by cocktail hour around 5 and reception/supper at 6

I would go sooner than later, our coordinator suggested that it be over by 10 at the latest, because some people may leave early to go to work the next day. If you have it any later than that, it may be empty by 10 anyway. We went with ending at ten and worked our way back based on how many hours we get for the rental space and doing that our ceremony will be at 4. Also keep in mind that if you go too early you will be eating dinner really early as well.

Thank you Megan. I can’t start too early because I have to get everything set up in the morning. Plus getting hair and make up done.
