Wedding color scheme in beginning of Sept... do I pick summer or fall colors, or does it matter?

Whatever you want! I've seen early September weddings in pink and black, green and blue, and maroon and ivory. All looked great!

I think it's more important to find colors you like than what season they "belong" to. Have fun!

I've attended 3 weddings in sept and for the life of me can't remember color schemes.

My wedding is Sept 1 and since its so close to Aug I choose Tiffany blue.

I got married September 5th and was so much on 'decision overload', I just picked fall colors for my napkins and let the BMs wear what they wanted. Whatever you pick will be fine and you won't be any more married afterwards, whatever the colors.

My date is 8/31 and I am going with Chocolate, Berry, Sand, and hints of Mango. It's a mix of summer and fall I guess. I really didn't think about the season when I choose my colors. I just went for the colors I like.

U don't have to have the special colors. if u want lime green and tangerine then thats what you want. IT IS ALL ABOUT YOU!

I'm gettingarried the same day. My bridesmaids are wearing champagne cause there dress didn't look good in my colors which are wine, eggplant, and orange. But mines also in the mountains so the colors just match our side theme

I picked from our favorite colors (we both love blue) so our colors are teal and navy, I did not want a fall themed wedding but September worked well for us. I say pick whatever you want!

It doesn't matter. I'm getting married Sept. 21 and not sure what season our colors would match. They are mostly neutrals.

My daughter is also 9/7 and her colors are black, red & white. Anything goes.

I think the beginning of September is still technically summer, but I say go for whatever you like. The colors in Paris' post above are lovely!

I choose to do dark purple/coral/grey... I'm not sure what "season" that would be... I really just picked the colors I liked most! ;-)

You can do what ever colors you want. We are having a fall wedding in October but our colors are Black, White and Bling. They have nothing to do with the season.
