Wedding color scheme in beginning of Sept... do I pick summer or fall colors, or does it matter?

Choose colors that when you look back at your wedding you say, "My wedding was beautiful." That is more important than season in my opinion. When you invision your wedding photos, what do you see? What colors make you comfortable?

Our date is 8/31 and we are doing Coral and Champagne

Sept. 7 of this year? If so, we are date twins! I am doing navy blue and grey with a light green as the accent color. FH's cousin got married last September and did purple with green. But like the ladies above said, ultimately you can do whatever you want! I can say that as a wedding guest I have never paid enough attention to think about whether the colors went with the season or not.

Do whatever colors you want! I'm getting married the end of Nov and didn't go with either fall or winter colors. I'm doing royal blue, sunflower yellow, and tan color! If you get married in a church, you might want to check and see what colors they will have for their material coverings (mine will be switched to blue the morning of my wedding). I didn't want to have a blue/yellow wedding with all of the fabric in the church being red!
