Wedding color/theme

We have had celestial as our wedding theme. Colors were going to be royal blue, steel grey, sparkly gold or silver, and wine red.

I been unsure of wine red because im unsure if it'll tie in well with the celestial theme. Then tonight, my FH stated his dream tuxedo is red pants, red jacket, white shoes and shirt, black tie or bowtie.

Now we are trying to figure out what kind of theme to have with red wine being pretty much the main color (which im okay with!).


Any ideas on theme with wine red or colors to go with wine red?

    Wine red looks lovely with a light pink color. Maybe even a navy. Weddings do not have to have themes 🙂 it might make the color planning easier.

    Red and black were our main colors. Silver and blush were our accent colors. I thought the red and black looked very elegant.

    Hey Mallory! Are you only changing your wedding colors because your FH wants to wear a red tux? Personally, I think a red tux would look amazing with your other 'celestial' colors and to me, it seems like the perfect tie-in with any other red decor that you were planning on using.

    If you were to choose blue and red as your main colors and then use silver and gold as accent colors, that sounds gorgeous to me!
