Wedding coordinator

So this is a slightly different question than things someone looks for in a wedding planner. I moved on from the first one I spoke with because her responses to my questions lacked detail and it took her forever to respond. I wanted my coordinator to be Type A on steroids because it just seems necessary for the work involved lol. I also passed on a few who I didn’t vibe with their personality during interviews. It’s not that I’m looking for a new bestie, but if I’m going to have tons of interaction with someone, especially on my wedding day when I might be stressed and nervous, I wanted to enjoy having them around (all things being equal. I don’t think I would have prioritized that over qualifications and having the right package for my needs, but thank goodness the planner we found had it all!).
