Wedding date change

Drew & Juliessa, on April 24, 2022 at 4:17 PM Posted in Planning 12 3
Hi,
So I recently changed the date for our wedding. I’m currently in nursing school and was planning to get married after graduation( which would be sometime after august) but seeing that I would be studying for the NCLEX I decided to move it forward to April. How should I go about finding out if that is an important date for anyone else and if it’s a good day

When we set our date I checked with all VIPs first. Parents, grandparents, siblings, and weddings party. Those were the most important to us that had to be there. Other than that it’s nearly impossible to coordinate everyone’s schedule. Some people aren’t going to be able to make it, and while we will miss them we completely understand. So just reach out to those top people, and the rest will make it work.

Agree with above, asking your VIPs (and wedding party if you already asked them to be in the wedding!) You can't worry about the majority of the guests, same as when you would've picked a date originally

The only people I would check with is the wedding party. Everyone else has the option to decline to attend if they cannot make it. I would just send out new save the dates in august/September so everyone knows the new date.
