My wedding is incorrect. and don't even know how that date showed up. How can this be corrected?

Depends on where you are accessing it (PC or phone), go to your profile or click on "My Wedding" and edit your profile. My wedding date changed as well stating that I was already married and I was like uh... Since when? lol.
