So my fiancé and I really want to have our wedding on September 3, 2022 (a Saturday). That day will be our 10 year anniversary. It completely went over my head that Labor Day is September 5th, so I’m wondering if wedding venues will either have issues booking that date or charge way more because it’s considered Labor Day weekend? I’m going to reach out to our potential venues to ask, but I wanted to also reach out on here and ask if it’s common to have a wedding on a day that isn’t your original anniversary with fiancé? I guess I just always thought that keeping our original day would be cute but we can be flexible and change if need be!
