Wedding Day Fragrance

My fiance and I made it a special date where we looked at different fragrances and each chose ones we really loved.

I went with Chanel Coco Mademoiselle, and he went for Chanel Bleu.

My reasons for choosing mine was part practical, part silly. Chanel perfumes really last on the skin and it's a really classic, elegant scent in my mind, but also the perfume is the same colour as our colour scheme! It was lucky coincidence that his cologne is the same colour as his suit!

In terms of suggestions, I guess it depends on the kind of scent you're looking for - fruity, floral, woodsy, etc?

Some of my favourite sweet, romantic perfumes are any of the Miss Dior ones - Cherie, Roses'n'Roses, Blooming Bouquet, Absolutely Blooming. I also love Marc Jacobs Daisy love, and Ralph Lauren, Romance.

I opt for Gucci Guilty. It's one of my favorite frangrances and I'll wear it no matter what people say or think

Mine was Joe Malone Peony Blush Suede, and forgot to put it on. I like soft florals and the scent was beautiful. Joe Malone is pricey so I bought the mini size from Sephora.

My FH and I decided that we were going to gift our scents to each other. We wanted to surprise each other and that way the scent has special significance to both of us (obviously I want him to like his scent so we can always return it and go shopping together if he doesn't like it) I bought Burberry Hero for him. Not sure what I'm getting yet.

I don't buy expensive fragrance myself but I am going to wear the XO perfume by Root Pretty. It's a natural fragrance and a small business. Good option if you want something more natural and cheaper.

I wore juicy couture viva la juicy. i wore it because my husband had given that to me as a gift.

Do you have a favorite fragrance? Or one you wear often? I'd recommend wearing that!!!! If not, go to ulta and smell some!!!!! La Vie Est Belle by Lancome is so nice. Or Carolina Herrera Good Girl is nice.

I hadn’t thought of picking a different perfume for my wedding! I’ll probably just stick with my usual, Mon Paris by YSL. It’s sweet but classy - in my mind already a good wedding fragrance anyway!

I’m planning on getting a special fragrance since I wear Marc Jacob daisy dream daily. I’m thinking Chanel of some sort as I’ve always loved that too

Bombshell Seduction by Victoria's Secret. It is actually a refreshing scent without being overpowering.

I love the idea of gifting fragrances and stuff to each other. But to be honest, I’m wearing my fav and that’s Vince Camuto - Bella. It’s my absolute fav & I always wear it on special occasions. Like date nights and stuff and my FH just loves it on me. 😍

My fragrance for most special occasions is Chanel #5. It smells amazing on and lasts all day.

My current fave is Lake & Skye 11 11

It's a very light fragranced oil. Doesn't last all day but they have rollerball sized ones. It's a really unique fragrance.

Agreed! This is my everyday scent!

Ooh, didn't think about this! I've been using Marc Jacob's Daisy for years and just recently picked up a Nest's Jasmine Oil Perfume. I also have Burberry's Blush that I rarely use, but I really love jasmine scents. I wonder if I should find another jasmine scent or something completely new for the wedding?
