Wedding day perfume

Is there a specific scent that you like? Vanilla? Lavender? Fruity things? etc.

View Quoted Comment Honestly idk. I have worn Heavenly and crush by VS in the past and I think they both have vanilla in them. I like elegant smells that are crazy strong but leave a soft lingering smell. Nothing that like slaps you in the face. If you know what I mean.

If you have a Saphora near by, they have a sample kit you can buy, take home, decide on which one you like and go back in the store and get it. I want to say it’s a Little pricey but you get a bottle of the one you like as part of that kit. My FH bought it for me on our first Valentines Day and I found the one I really like from there. I don’t wear it but for special occasions so it will be the one I use for my wedding day.

I got mine for $18 and have had it about a year and its still at least half full. This way, you can use it in the future as well, but you're not stuck with a huge bottle if you don't use it often!

If you speak with a sale associate they will often be willing to make you little sample vials of a few perfumes for your to take home and try on. That’s probably your best bet, because things can smell different on your skin (and over time) than in the air or on the little trial paper. Once you have a scent you like, see if they sell a rollerball or travel size if you don’t want to splurge on the full sized bottle. Though some of the full sized bottles (or in this case boxes) are really pretty and make for great details photos.

If you want big name brands, you can sample them at a local Sephora. Bath and Body Works has a wide selection if you don't want to spend alot. Plus you can layer the scent with body wash and lotion under the body spray to make it last longer.

I definitely get it. I would probably do as the previous posts say and go to sephora (or an alike store) and do some trials before spending money on a big bottle.
