I have no recommendations on a face mask because I don’t have oily skin but for lips I love using a lip scrub followed by mask! This is what I use.

Hmmm I would find a good facial scrub maybe? Or treat yourself to a facial?

For your lips, I'd buy an exfoliant and use that, then a good moisturizer. Make sure it doesn't have anything drying in them (like mint). I would come up with a whole oily skincare plan to use daily. I have dry skin - for the longest time I had oily skin, then I used so many drying products it actually dried my skin out TOO much and I started getting acne congestion from the dry skin so make sure not to make my mistake - so my products will be different than yours. For oily skin, I've heard the Biore Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser works great (walmart), the Cerave Foaming Facial Cleanser (walmart), and the Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions Moisturizing Lotion (walmart). I'd come up with a cleanser, toner, moisturizer to use every morning, then a cleanser, toner, moisturizer & serum to use at night. Then mask/deep exfoliate 1-4 times a month depending on what your skin can handle. I think seeing a good dermatologist or good esthetician would be a great idea too, maybe a few pre-wedding facials?
